Fixed the problem completely without me having to tell them what I expected. Shawn arrived ahead of what I expected, was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. “Called one day and they scheduled service for the very next day. (Others said it would be next week). Upon Mike arriving he went straight to the problem and determined that the faucet was so old and rusty but did not have a replacement on his truck but went out and obtained a new unit. The total price was reasonable and the hard work was exceptional. Will call them again if ever the need arises. Thank you.”
